Deceased estate loan account

Good day

I would like to ask that a manager from Nedbank please contact me regarding my late husband's Nedbank loan account which is still active in their deceased estate department.

My husband passed away on the 15 April 2016, I have dealt with numerous people since than from Nedbank and have sent through his death certificate and affidavit as requested by Nedbank to assist my request to have the account written off.

They have advised that the account was handed over and they will send the documents to the required department to assist but I don't get any feedback. I have called the attorneys that the account is with ,,Peers attorneys and the person there that is dealing with the account is Zai who is always in court.

Please can someone assist me as I am. Getting nowhere with this request. Cell NR ********** 828
