DECEASED ESTATE

My husband passed on 9 years ago. He had a company which had a scooter in the company name. As Nedbank was the Executor of his estate they dealt with everything including the company assets. Please note that they charged for everything which I understand. The issue however is the motorbike which was the only asset in the business. I now want to transfer the bike into my name and get the new licence. The traffic department has stated that Nedbank as the executor needs to complete the NCO form and an updated letter to transfer the vehicle into my name. Please note that I have the original natis document which Nedbank gave me. However trying to find someone to assist is like pulling hens teeth. I have been emailing for 1 month now with no luck. I get told to phone the helpdesk who transfers you from one person to the next. I have been dealing with a lady in the deceased estates who never responds. Please all I need is an updated letter and the NCO document to be completed. Please help I do not want to mention names and get people into trouble however if I do not receive a call soon I will.
