DEBTING OF SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSULTATION

hi<br> <br> i have a just save account with Nedbank,on the 29 of July an amount of 530.00 was taken off on my just save account,I phoned in and enquire about it,I spoke to Khanyi at Contact centre.She told me I requested the amount at the St georges mall in Cape town,and when I got they told me that my account was over draft and that money was taken to cover the over draft,and I went to Gugulethu brach where they told me if had i made the request for the amount the should be proof and they went through their computer and found no proof that i had requested the amount.
