Debt review team *********** - request for a paid up letter

<p>I was under debt review but settled my account on the 13 July 2017, I have requested for a letter from the Nedbank debt review department for more than 3 weeks, everytime I call them they say that they have sent out the letter, but i have not received it to date, can someone, please help me this is the only company that is holding me back from being removed from Debt review, and it is my right to get a paid up letter, i really do vaalue Nedbank, but your debt review team is letting you down.</p>
