Debt review flag not removed by Nedbank

Hi I had a nedbank loan and ackermans card 6 years, then I was under debt review of which I terminated volunteer as I finished all my debt. I paid nedbank loan and ackermans card early 2011 as I requested settlement letters from them and informed them am out of debt review. To my surprised when I wen to apply for credit with them they told me I am under debt review according to their system, i checked all credit bereur and with NCR I am not under debt review as I managed to but a house and a car after that and my credit record is clean, but in their system its still showing I am over indebt. I request this flag to be removed as I feel like I am being disadvantaged or discriminated or punished that 5 years ago I was under dent review now I cant have any of the financial or their products because of that.
