Debt Review

Good day

My name is Nonhlanhla Maseko and my ID number is ***, I was told that Nedbank has a flag against my name that I’m under Debt Review. I was never on that program hence I can get credit from other creditors. I am not sure where and how I ended up being flagged under debt review.

I phoned Nedbank’s Debt review department and I was told on the 1st of July that the flag has been removed.

Today 16.07.2021 I tried to do the online credit card application and I’m being told that I’m under debt review. I’ve been calling Nedbank for a while now and every time I would be transferred to different departments without a solution.

Please assist me, I really love this bank as it has helped me over the years with credit.
