Debt review account handed over

Dear Nedbank

On 31 May 2016 I requested a statement as the account was paid up according to my debt counsellor. I received the statement on 7 June indicating that I still owed a small amount due to excessive interest charged on the account. I realised one payment didn't reflect on my account and forwarded proof to Nedbank supp**** by my debt counsellor. To date I have had no response. The first correspondence thereafter was from Smith Jones & Pratt as my account has been handed over. I have since tried to settle the matter with Nedbank and them without success. Remove the adverse credit information on this account ASAP as you are still investigating. How can you expect me to pay anything under these curcumstances? Please correct as a matter of urgency.

Nedbank responded quickly and the issue has been resolved. A special thanks to Merilynn Peters. Although I think Nedbank should work on their overall customer service once a query is escaled to this forum it gets resolved quickly.
