Debt Protection No Use

I have been paying my debt protection cover on my credit card for many years. Now when I was retrenched and need to claim for debt protection I am receiving the run around. I first lodged my claim in February 19 and never received fedback. I phoned last week and was told my claim was declined. I requested to review my claim again and was instructed to send bank statements, which I did and have also not received any feedback on my claim. They take your money each month and when its time to claim theres a million reasons not to pay.
