Debt prescribed

The Debt collection dept of Nedbank is not following the credit collections acts. They keep on harrassing me for debt that has prescribed years ago. This practice cannot be allowed and they should stop with it. We all know the prescribed act and my debt is older than 10 yrs. With how many others are they doing this???I trust this matter will be dealt with the necessary respect. Thank you.
