Debt Counselling Department, your service is APPAULING. You're a DISGRACE!

On the 31/03/2023, I wrote to "***" to query the following reply: "We regret to inform you that we've declined your application(s) because: Unfortunately because of legal action reflected on your credit record we cannot offer you this product" On the 04/04/2023, I wrote to "***" again, requesting a status update. On the 13/04/2023, I again wrote to Nedbank Debt Counselling: "WHAT HAS TRANSPIRED SINCE I INITIALLY LOGGED A QUERY ON 31/03/2023???? Then, on the 04/04/2023, I AGAIN wrote “WHAT HAS TRANSPIRED SINCE MY LAST COMMUNIQUE???” Today is the 13/04/2023 and I am NOT going to ask again. This matter will be taken up with your complaints department and www.hellopeter.com. You were warned!
