Debt Collections more like THREAT Collections

After several months of struggling to maintain and keep up with a Nedbank loan repayment the beginning of 2017 started more difficult than previous years with our daughter needing to attend a specialot care school.

Of course this requires higher fees than regular or Government school fees due to the special needs.

After many phone calls ending with the one tonight I had enough of the number ********** 765 contacting my wife and saying she didn't keeput a promise to pay of R1200 when a pre agreed amount of R200 was made.

"We will hand you over to legal." My wife said that's fine. Then they proceed to arrange the R1200 arrangement again. She refuses again stating the issue with payment due to school fees and the legal department threat cycle starts again.

This constant never ending abuse of call center idiocy and a poor excuse of a agreement arrangement computer system A. Clearly doesn't work and B. Clearly doesn't ****ing work!

I want a person from higher up in the either the legal department or the collections department to deal with this account going forward. Not a supervisor or team leader because they are just as useless.

With the stress we have with a daughter that is a sufferer of a mental illness we are close to being put into an asylum ourselves with the way Nedbank handles clients who are trying to educate their child yet still pay their debts owed regardless of circumstances.

Fix your **** up Nedbank. I've had enough.
