Debits to my account without my consent.
On 3 April I have noticed numerous debits to my account for the past couple of months for the amount of R1.15. According to the consultant that assisted me, these debits under the heading of SMS Koste and EMail koste were not Nedbank costs. A call was registered with the promise that I can expect feedback within 24 to 48 hours. It's been 5 days already with not a word from Nedbank! Pitiful to say the least.
