debits cant be returned

In august last year i took a personal loan with nedbank while on maternity leave, i expected my uif to pay out in November and december so that my accounts can be paid it never happened, in January i decided to go under debt review because i had alot on my plate the debt councilors did everything they should, nedbank is for only this month debited my account 5+ times and when i call the contact center to reverse the money they say they cant do so......im changing my bank because this is not being client centered. As im told i need to call my debt councilor......
