I WENT TO THE BRANCH TO STOP A PAYMENT AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY CAN ONLY REVERSE PAYMENT IN THE LAST 30 DAYS. I HAD TO PAY FEE OF R44.00. THIS WAS DEDUCTED 3 TIMES! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE DEBIT WENT THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AGAIN THIS MONTH! (STRATCOL)
