Debiting full amount

I have had it with Nedbank<br> First of all I think Nedbank is a very Professional bank but for the past 6 months they have just proven me wrong<br> <br> I have a personal loan with Nedbank ,and for the past year I must admit I have been struggling to pay back the instalment which I agreed on but I made sure i make payments even if it was a R200-300 <br> anyway Nedbank got intouch with me and we made an agreemen that they will not debit as I need to go to the branch to make payments which I was very happy with and installments will be R500 a month ,well that is not what happened they debited the full R23 000 I owe for the past six months and it goes unpaid as I do not even earn that much per month<br> <br> sI already have a bad credit record and Nedbank is just makin it hell for me<br> <br> I am so happy they record all clls as I have asked them o fix this but everytime I call in they tell me its fixed<br> so for the pst few months I did not make any payments as I did not agree on the above that Nedbank should debit R23 000 FROM MY ACCOUNT(EVEN ONE LADY FRO CAPITEC SAID EVEN RICH PEOPLE DONT HAVE A DEBIT ORDER MORE THAN THIS)<br> <br> Please assist me ASAP<br> <br>
