Debiting every credit that goes into my account

I have a personal loan with nebank and was out of work for some time the guy called and made arrangements with me which I accepted and told them to debit my fnb account which they did but now I have a nedbank account that I use for my supplier to debit for the goods everytime theres money credited you debit, and your consultants tell me of a clause that you can debit any account which i dont know. Can you refund the debit as now i budgeted and we agreed but now you are messing up my budget.
