Debiting crazy amounts of money from my account
The lady phoned me to make a payment arrangement. I told her I was going to pay R650 at the end of the month. I paid the R650. Nedbank then go and they further debit my account with and additional R1500. This follows them debiting R6000 from my account previously. No calls, no emails they just do whatever the hell they want to. I am going to consumer rights with this one.
