Debiting Account without warning

I got retrenched. I went for rehabilitation. I sent all the relevant documents to Nedbanks legal department.<br> <br> My provident fund paid out so that I could keep my head above water and Nedbank debited my Credit card without any warning. How does one keep his head above water like this??? To top it off, prior to this debit I have registered for dept. counselling. I am being kicked while I am down here. No one is willing to even negotiate anything here. What am I to Nedbank?
