Debiting a - figure account!!!
My account was sitting at a - R52.00 and Nedbank Personal Loans decide to debit my account with a further R422.00. HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE DEBIT A CLIENTS ACCOUNT WHE N THERE IS NO MONEY THERE??? I want my account clear by the end of business today. this is unacceptable. maybe if someone from nedbank bothered to pick up the phone and make arrangements with me then we wouldn't be in this situation. you guys are ridiculous. taking money from people who don't even have anything
