DEBITED WITHOUT AUTHORZATION

My Name is Rethabile Qhoaise I am writing this review on behalf on my wife, which has an account with Nedbank for 8 years. she even persuaded me leave Capitec and Join Nedbank, which I successfully did last year. long story short (DINEO MOSIA ) CELL ***. is my wife about R350 was taken from her account without her authorization. but upon calling the branch her money was reversed. that was about two months back.

Then the very same company SS CONNECT which she does not know a thing about has debited R450 +- again last week on the 27 April 2024.

Now the story changes this time around, at call Centre they say they cant reverse her money. what kind of bank is this. after 8 years banking with you this is how you repay her loyalty ?
