Debited twice for on one Account. Return my money Now

Nedbank personal loan debited my Account on the 31st march as well as 1 April for the same Account. It was a Fault of theirs. Now i want my money back, and they are telling me End of May. I want the money Now. Its a lot of money and it was not my Fault. Return my money.
