Debited my Account

I have small business account with NEDBANK and have had money getting in my Bank for years and it’s been the same client that I’m contracted with for years and similar money has been getting to my account. Today when I woke up I saw money being debited by forensic department of NEDBANK and they where query the payment from Absa which I send proof of payment but still waiting for my money to be refunded as I need to pay my debts and workers and my business over heads
