Debited 3 times in one month without anything written down, is this legal I need my R4982 before end of business day today😡😡😡😡🤬

I really do not know what to do with Nedbank personal loan, I’ve been on lay off from work since 2020 , R4982 was debited on the 23rd as insurance isn’t paying for me anymore again they went and debited R4500 saying I am on arrears and no arrangements were made. I tried to explain my situation to the guy I spoke to on Tuesday the 28th from collections but he even refuse for me to make other arrangements and told me I have to pay the full instalment monthly or rather go to debt review, who does that working at the bank advising someone to go through through debt review. And they are deducting with no communication.

I then made arrangements to get money so that I can pay my rental as it is due today the 30th Nedbank again went and debited R4982 why 3 deductions in one month how am I going to pay my rental. I need this refunded to me before end of business Day today. Simphiwe was very helpful to request for an urgent refund for me but I need it today not tomorrow. I am sick of this really.
