Debited 3 times but failing to refund my money

Im Rea disappointed in nedbank they keep deducting my money and my loan is not in arrears, last month in July you debited twice and i was refunded after one call on my enquiry and there was no hustle

In August you debited three times and ive been struggling to get hold of collections department when i did it was a hustle i was taken from point A to point B - that time i never skipped paying my loan

I don’t know what do you guys want from me, I’ve submitted my statement but still nothing and i was told the first refund was paid on Monday i never received any money and i was told after going to a branch in Main Street that they cant assist the branch dont even have a phone i need to call from cell and i explained ive been trying to call for 4 days in a row without any help

This is annoying
