Debit review harrassment.

Under debit review and yet you guys keep harassing me for payments. I am not behind in any of my payments. Due to the nature of how i get paid your system will show me as a month in arrears. due to your system not allocating payments to the oldest balance. Now with constant harassment while under debit review you guys have complained that in Dec 2023 yes 2023 and today is 2025 that you did not receive a full payment. 2 and a half years later you guys catch a wake up and start harassing me about it. this is the first time I heard about this. No word from your company or anything prior to this month.
