Debit orders still going off after retrenchment insurance claims were approved

I submitted and was approved for two retrenchment insurance claims, one for my vehicle finance and one for my credit card. But, Nedbank has still been debiting my account each month even though my insurance claims were approved. As I am retrenched, this is a very stressful process of continually having to get Nedbank to pay me back every time they debit my account - which should not be happening at all. It is so frustrating and never gets resolved.
