Debit orders bouncing

Last month my debit orders went off as arranged on the 16th. I got a notification on that day to say my balance was low. I deposited R100 on the same day. They then returned a debit order and charged me R130. I went tinto the branch and queried this, as i believe their advertising says they give you somethig like 30 hours. <br> This month the same thing happened. i then called the call centre (never got a reference no) who told me that as long as the money is paid in by 3.30, the debit order will not be returned. She told me that it had being marked for return but would be safe if i deposited the money. I dulty deposited R250 by 15.00. The next morning i got a message telling me that my debit order had been returned once again and they debited me another R130. <br> I then went to the branch and saw Susan who told me she would investigate and get back to me by Fri 19th. <br> Needless to say this is affecting my credit worthiness. I could understand if i never had the money in the bank, but it was always deposited the same day. <br> This is totally unacceptable. No feedback!!!<br>
