Debit orders

Nedbank is the worst bank ever. They cause me great inconvenience in December when one of their consultants gave me the wrong information when confirming my debit orders went off. I started spending money only to find out at the end of December the debit orders didnt go off and they refused to be lenient. They demanded their money back. I was in a very difficult position. I struggled to catch up with my payments and was forced to go under debt review to protect my vehicle from being taken. Even though I am under debt review and they received all the correct documents on time they still debited my account for a personal loan and the overdraft absorbed my entire salary. They telling me it will take 10 days for the refund request to be processed. I have been banking with Nedbank since I started to bank as a minor when my mother opened the account for me. I loved Nedbank and always refered people to the bank. Now I hate this bank and want nothing to do with it. Should someone ask me about banking I will not advise this bank ever again
