Debit orders and cancellation

I have requested over 3 weeks ago a cancellation of denit orders, i have escalated this to the complaints department, specifically Donald Komo who has to date not gotten back to me. Nedbank is deducting debits of my account earlier then what i had signed for with no authoirsation from me. Furthermore they were supposed to refund me which never happened. Escalated the query and no one responds. i have sent atleast 3 emails to hlcollections with no response. I have visited a branch nd spent over 2hours just trying to get hold of home loans, the branch couldnt assist, event the agent assisting me was surprised as to the call centre service recieved

I want all debit orders cancelled with immediate effect!!!!!
