Debit Orders

A number of R99.99 debit orders go through my account every month using different references or company names and it cost me about R45 in telephone calls to cancel one debit order with the Nedbank call centre (about 50 minutes holding time and still the debit orders will pop up month after month. I wonder why Nedbank allows such debit orders, what is the duty of their risk management team / CRO or cybercrime team. Its either I move my accounts else where or Nedbank puts an end to this illegitimate debit orders. In any case I don't see any benefits of holding on to Nedbank when there are so many other banks with good offers.

#Illegitimate debit orders must fall.
