Debit Orders

I have a loan account with Nedbank. In December they debited my account with R700.00 extra saying that I gave them permission to take this money, I have not given them permission for R700.00 cause I cannot afford to pay them back the R700.00 yet. I requested for them to send me the voice recordings which they did and I still cannot open the recordings. I have had no other reply from the supervisor yet. They phoned me on Wednesday asking if it is ok to take off the R700.00 and I told them not to take it off cause this is still under query. But hey who am I they took the R700.00 off again. Now my debit orders is not being paid and I get hit with R120.00 per item bank charges for the debit orders returning. Please contact me regarding this I still need the voice recordings to tell me that I agreed on this amount. I will close my account if I don't get any reply and take my accounts to FNB. I now really had it with Nedbank everymonth I have a problem with my account. I will be waiting for your call.
