Debit orders
On the 04 May 2018 my DEBT COUNSELLOR emailed a letter to NEDBANK HOMELOANS and PERSONAL LOANS to stop our debit orders, as we are under DEBT REVIEW. The instructions was signed by myself and my husband. This morning when I logged into my account, NEDBANK took my whole salary!! When I contacted the Debt Review Department, they are really arrogant and insist that they did not get any email from my Debt Counsellor to stop the debit orders. I was then asked to email them the instructions again and they will maybe refund me in 10 working days. This is not acceptable, as NEDBANK was informed way in advance to stop the debit orders. You took everything I have. I want to be refunded ASAP

When is Nedbank going to refund my Nedbank Personal Loan, of R4801.61??
When will the consultant be addressed regarding her putting the phone down in my ear?
This has been going on for more than a week.
I am not happy with the service received from Nedbank
I have no choice but to take this matter further.
