Debit order taken weekly instead of monthly

In April, I made a personal loan at Nedbank. I normaly dont have any problems with them, but when I made this loan, the service was terrible.

i ask them that my debit order should go off monthly, as i get paid monthly. they then marked it wrong on the application, where i phoned them and asked them to change it. they said as soon as i sign the contract they will get it fixed. i then send them an email again to change it on 26 April, where they said to me its fixed.

in June i get a message to say my debit order bounced and i endid up paying R100 for the debit order that didnt go through. this happend twice, i then phoned them and said to them its unexeptable, they then said they will refund the 390+390. once they refunded me those to payments, they took another debit order of R390 plus they took the full instalemt on 25 June.

they should give me my R390 that was debited again plus they should give me the R200 that i had to pay for debit orders that didnt go throug as they mistake was on their side and i did notify them about it in advange.

I really cant beleive this is the service that you get form a BANK.
