Debit order switching gone wrong

DO NOT USE THEM FOR DEBIT ORDER SWITCHING

They stuffed up my debit order switching. My accounts are ALWAYS paid on time but since using Nedbank switching, they stuffed up with my debtors.

They used the incorrect account number and my debit orders are being returned as unpaid.

This is messing up my credit score AND banking score.
