debit order switch

I have opened an account with nedbank and they promised to switch debit orders. to my surprised it was never done , now i have charges on my old account the only account that was changed was on their home and car loans . i was on the phone the hole week trying to do it myself.

still waiting for their feedback and explanation as i will not be responsible for the changes on my previous account.
