debit order reversal

I made debit order reversals on the money app but they didn't reverse them

when I call they said I must talk to ZAMA SITHOLE but not their phones are ringing no one is picking up.

we use cellphone to call nedbank and they put you on hold for more that=n 10min

then they tell me they cant reverse those debit orders, what kind of the bank that allows anyone to do dedits in my account then I cant reverse,

I am so ****ed by nedbank service.

reverse those debit orders and close my account.
