Debit order reversal.

In December 2022 I notice a debit order of R189 on my account, in January 2023 when I follow-up with Nedbank to reverse the debit order as I don't know what it relate to, they told me that is mandate debit order and it can not be reverse. No details has been provided with regards to who debit my account and what reason.

In addition I have been told to contact the company that debited my account but the detail of the company has not been provided.

The service I received from Nedbank Client Service Manager was that I can take the matter anywhere I want they are not going to do anything.
