DEBIT ORDER RETURNED WITH A MESSAGE" HELD FOR REPRESENTATIVE"

I bank with Nedabank and the debit order for the January 2020 month order was returned to ABSA bank with the message" Held for representative" but on the NEDBANK system it does not show "PAID , REVERSE and UNPAID" . On my statement it does not show anything either.Rather on their system it is says " date for debit not due yet as Lee from NEDBANK customer service explain .
