Debit order ran while the account is settled and I have not been refunded

I would like to request a refund of my R3500,on the 20the August 2024 I called to request settlement of my credit card account which was given to me and I settled same day.

However on the very same day my debit order of R3500 was due to run and it did. The consultant who was assisting me with settlement balance mentioned over the phone that this amount was going to be refunded back to my account and up to this day it has not.

I have called Nedbank many time after this and nothing has been refunded its 6 weeks now. Please will you kindly assist,its over a month now and I am still trying to get my refund.

This is the reference of my call for this ***6. I have spent hours calling regarding this and being promised still no refund.

I did receive account closure letter but still no refund.
