Debit order on debt review account

When i started d with debt review, Nedbank was the firtst company to respond with a sms stating that they support debt councelling. I thought, ok this bank is on the ball.

Yet today you still desucted the debit order of R2600 for mybcredit card... Which is under debt review.. After you've received instructions to cancel the debit orders

I need that money back in my account with confirmatiin that the debit orders has been cancelled.

Im not happy Nedbank
