Debit order not stopped

Is there possibly anybody at Nedbank who can assist me to stop a debit order? There is a debit order for R2500, in favour of my homeloan acc *** which goes off my Fnb account evry month. I cannot stop it from fnb and despite a request in December 2019 to stop this debit order it again went off today.

This is absolute nonsense, can somebody kindly assist and refund my money, which I have allocated to be used for other account payments etc. You cannot just keep taking a clients money.

This is not to be expected from one of the big 5 banks or any other bank for that matter. Disgusting, the lack of respect Nedbank has for some of its clients
