Debit order issues and notifications

Constant pointless texts, the latest saying my debit order mandate has been cancelled, once again they were quick to say it was a system error, but as per norm are unable to send me any confirmation saying its their fault, so now once again we need to wait and see. If the debit order does fail they will be quick to adjust the interest rate in their favour sating I have no reference of contacting them, well done.
