Debit order Home loan

Upon checking my bank statement i saw that nedbank debited my home loan account on the 20th February. No one gave them permission to do such thing. and upon sending and sending emails to find out what is going on.

till up to date nobody has even read my email or answered me back on my email on whom was notified about this decision.
