DEBIT ORDER *****

I have a bond with Nedbank. My debit order is signed in favour of Standard Bank. When I app**** for the Bond, I was told to open a current account so that any costs in regarding the Bond could be debited to my account. I DID NOT SIGN A DEBIT ORDER.!!! Today, Nedbank issued a debit order against my account. What they have done is **********ly take money from my account. Now I am in overdraft through no fault of my own. Phoned the George Branch and the Manager is in Riversdale and who knows when he/she will get back to me. I am closing my account because I'm deeply concerned that the bank could act in this ******** way and I need the debit order to be reversed from Nedbank and transferred to Standard Bank. I need someone to confirm this urgently.
