Debit order errors

Good morning I was in areas for my home loan for one month 27July then 4th August there was money in my account they debited for July but again 15th August they took another debit order when I call the bank they can't assist I phoned many times now they keep telling me they will come back to me, I also had a credit card which I fully paid but today I see a debit order of R1500 the sad part am overseas ii can't go to the branch they doing this because they know I can't even reverse the money because am banking with them I am so disappointed and angry right now because that money I need to use it to other things.
