Debit order deducted again after arrangement Made

After the debit order was taken on the 25 May I needed urgently to buy medication for my Dad who is very sick with Chronic disease, I borrowed money from my Nephew R3 500 who transferred it in my account and in turn I was gonna return it back when my refund gets processed and guess what another debit order again was taken for R3.2K why am I being abused like this by my Bank. Why is my bank doing as they please on my account. I have to send my Dad's medication today as the one that he is using will be finished as in today and now I don't even have a cent to buy the medication. The Tiffany lady that I spoke to who promised to assist or call me she didn't even do that, thus how bad the service that I am getting. I need both payments refunded urgently as in today

Amnt of R3 252 x 2 was taken off my account and you two have gone out of your way to assist me in getting the funds reversed back to my account.I will always remember your willingness to help me during my time of need.
