Debit Order Date Problem

I have explained to Nedbank numeous times that I get paid on the 1st day of the month.<br> I have called in 3 times to change the date , they are debiting me on the last day of the month..<br> <br> They receive there money every month as soon as i get paid.<br> They however say that my account is one month in arrears , I have spoke to MUZI SOMI , who has a terrible attitude , that is a terrible reflection of NEDBANK SOUTH AFRICA.<br> <br> I understand u in collections , but your attitude stinks , please understand if someone gets paid on the 1st you cannot debit on the 31st , this is not the 1st time i have spoken to this rude individual..<br> <br> Please send me a dispute form I would like to take this up with the Credit Ombudsman.<br> <br> Regards
