Debit order date

I'm not going to make any more calls, I have specified on my application, and even made several calls regarding this, my payday is on the 25th of each month, stop debiting my account when ever it pleases you. i pay you from my salary, which is paid to me on the 25th of each month, not earlier, and not later, sort this out immediately. who is going to be liable for bank charges for returned debit orders when there's no money in my account.
