Debit Order

Dear Nedbank. This morning i reversed a debit order using the App and i received the following sms Nedbank: R2506.00 returned on acc no **9787. Ref: KEY....C276...10Se*** at 06:49. Avail bal .......But the money is still not reflecting in the account. Please assist me urgently please. I know Nedbank to resolve Customer Queries efficiently. Dont disappoint me please.
