Debit order cancelation and reversal

Pathetic! That's the word best use to describe this bank, not worth a star at all. Currently on uif and although I have insurance in place they still have the audacity to take the only funds I have by debitting my account! Been trying to get it canceled since last year October and no luck! Requested the reversal on Saturday and it still hasn't been paid back!!!!!!!!!! Seriously Nedbank, when are you going to decide to change the way you operate and consider your customers as valuable? In this worldwide pandemic people are barely struggling to make ends meat yet you feel the need to suck them dry with no remorse!
